For project checkoffs, we want to get a sense of two big things:
The format of these checkoffs should be casual — see this as an opportunity to get to know what your student is struggling with in this course and what they need help on.
As you are going through the checkoff, use this form as a way of taking notes. You'll need to submit this form for each of the students you check off for them to get credit.

One final note: These are not office hours. We're going to make it as clear as possible that if their questions aren't short or directly related to the content being discussed, they should come to OH instead.
You'll want to have a good understanding of the project spec (below) to ask these questions or have a dialogue with your student.

Conceptual understanding: For these questions, guide them to the right answer if they're off-track. If they get stuck, give them some leading thoughts, but not the whole answer. Give them some time to remember things they've learned in lecture and otherwise.
